It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register. Only registered author's abstracts will appear in the Proceedings and will be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered.

* One regular registration can cover a paper within 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. ** One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only one proceeding book. *** For the authors who have difficulties to pay US Dollars, such as Iran, please pay Euros as: 1 Euro = 1.25 USD.
